If you want the original, start with Fakhar: a clean, fresh apple-and-lavender scent for everyday and office wear, in the style of YSL Y EDP. Where to start
- Fakhar — apple, ginger and bergamot, then lavender and sage over tonka and cedar. Barbershop-fresh; best from spring to early autumn.
- Fakhar Platinum — bergamot and sweet guava over incense and palo santo, in the style of YSL Y L’Elixir. A warm-weather and gym scent; the guava divides opinion, and the sharp opening settles after 15 to 20 minutes.
- Fakhar Extrait — grapefruit, pink pepper and tuberose over amber and soft leather, in the style of Paco Rabanne 1 Million Parfum. Marketed to men, but wears unisex.
- Fakhar Rose Gold — a full white-floral bouquet of tuberose, jasmine and gardenia over vanilla and sandalwood, in the style of Givenchy L’Interdit. Choose it only if you love big white florals.
