If you love Lattafa Khamrah, the closest bottle on paper is French Avenue Liquid Brun: it shares Khamrah’s cinnamon, bergamot, praline and vanilla, and Fragrantica lists each in the other’s “people who like this also like”. For more booze and fruit, choose Teriaq Intense. For the dates, the only other in-stock bottle that lists them is Mashrabya, with tobacco and smoke on top.
Three more round it out: Bade’e Al Oud Honor & Glory (cinnamon and crème brûlée with pineapple), Asad Bourbon (nutmeg, cacao and bourbon vanilla) and Qaed Al Fursan Untamed (cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel at £11.99). None of them is Khamrah. Each shares a different slice of it, and every one is in stock.
You own a bottle of Khamrah, you love it, and you want a second bottle in the same spirit that is not just another Khamrah. This guide is for that. It is not about which designer fragrance Khamrah resembles (the Lattafa Khamrah product page covers that), and it does not compare the Khamrah flankers: Qahwa, Dukhan and Waha are all set side by side in our Which Lattafa Khamrah is best? guide.
Every note below was checked on Fragrantica and, for the Lattafa bottles, on lattafa.com or lattafa-usa.com in October 2026. Ratings are as shown on Fragrantica on that date. Opinions about how a fragrance wears are attributed to reviewers, not presented as fact.
What makes Khamrah smell like Khamrah?
Lattafa’s official Khamrah listing and the Khamrah page on Fragrantica agree on thirteen notes: cinnamon, nutmeg and bergamot; dates, praline, tuberose and Mahonial; vanilla, tonka bean, amberwood, myrrh, benzoin and Akigalawood. Fragrantica voters rate it 4.21/5 from about 31,000 votes, and its top accords are sweet, warm spicy, vanilla, amber and cinnamon.
In practice, Khamrah fans tend to love one of four things most, and that decides which alternative will work:
Liquid Brun, Teriaq Intense, Honor & Glory and QAF Untamed all list cinnamon. Our cinnamon fragrances guide explains why the note divides people.
Mashrabya is the only in-stock pick that lists dates. It adds tobacco and smoke, so it is darker than Khamrah.
Liquid Brun is the only pick with both. Honor & Glory swaps praline for crème brûlée; Asad Bourbon uses bourbon vanilla and cacao.
Teriaq Intense lists a plum liquor note and shares Khamrah’s tonka and benzoin. It is the boozier, fruitier route.
6 perfumes like Khamrah, ranked by shared notes
Each card counts the notes it shares with Khamrah’s thirteen-note pyramid. Shared notes are a guide, not a guarantee: two fragrances can share four notes and still smell quite different, which is why each card also lists what is new and what is missing. A useful second signal is Fragrantica’s “people who like this also like” list, which reflects what voters actually pair together. All six list Khamrah there.
Notes (Liquid Brun on Fragrantica): cinnamon, orange blossom, cardamom and bergamot; bourbon vanilla and elemi; praline, ambroxan, musk and guaiac wood. Rated 4.42/5 from about 15,400 votes; launched 2024.
What’s shared and what differs: it keeps Khamrah’s cinnamon-over-praline-and-vanilla shape, which is why Fragrantica lists each in the other’s “also like” list. The differences are in the middle and the finish. There are no dates, so it is less jammy, and ambroxan and guaiac wood give a cleaner, woodier base in place of Khamrah’s resinous myrrh and benzoin. Reviewers on Fragrantica split on sweetness, with many calling it very sweet and a minority finding it balanced; many report eight to twelve hours or more, while some say it fades to a skin scent within a few hours. Note that Liquid Brun is made by French Avenue, not Lattafa.
Best for: anyone who wants the nearest overall shape to Khamrah. If you are also weighing Asad Bourbon, our Asad Bourbon vs Liquid Brun comparison sets the two side by side.
Notes (Fragrantica and Lattafa USA agree): saffron and bergamot; plum liquor and cinnamon; amber, tonka bean and benzoin. Rated 4.39/5 from about 4,800 votes; launched 2024; perfumer Quentin Bisch.
What’s shared and what differs: Teriaq Intense takes the “boozy” part of Khamrah’s name literally. Where Khamrah uses dates for its dark fruit, Teriaq uses a plum liqueur note, and saffron replaces nutmeg as the spice beside the cinnamon. The tonka and benzoin base is close to Khamrah’s, but with no praline or listed vanilla it reads less like a dessert and more like spiced, ambery fruit. Our Teriaq Intense review covers how reviewers describe each stage.
Best for: Khamrah fans who want something richer and more grown-up for winter evenings, and do not mind paying more.
Notes (Fragrantica): apple shisha accord and pink pepper; tobacco, cinnamon and dates; oud smoke, caramel, vanilla and patchouli. Lattafa’s own listing gives the same notes but leaves out the oud smoke. Rated 4.30/5 from about 2,100 votes; launched 2024.
What’s shared and what differs: this is the only bottle on the list with Khamrah’s dates, and the cinnamon sits right beside them in the heart. Several Fragrantica reviewers describe it as a smoky Khamrah, while others say the two share notes but differ in character and that Mashrabya is rougher and more masculine. The apple shisha opening and tobacco are the big changes: if you have never enjoyed tobacco fragrances, start elsewhere.
Best for: people who love the dates in Khamrah and want them darker, smokier and less like a pudding.
Notes (Fragrantica and Lattafa USA agree): pineapple and crème brûlée; cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper and benzoin; vanilla, sandalwood, cashmeran and moss. Rated 4.13/5 from about 8,200 votes; launched 2023.
What’s shared and what differs: on Fragrantica, Khamrah is the first fragrance listed under Honor & Glory’s “people who like this also like”, and Honor & Glory appears on Khamrah’s list too. The overlap is the warm cinnamon-benzoin-vanilla core. The difference is the fruit: bright, candied pineapple instead of dark dates, and crème brûlée instead of praline, with a creamier sandalwood and cashmeran base. It reads sunnier and more tropical than Khamrah. More on the wider line is in our Bade’e Al Oud collection guide.
Best for: Khamrah fans who like the dessert side and want a lighter, fruitier take at a lower price.
Notes (Fragrantica and lattafa.com agree): lavender, mirabelle plum and pink pepper; cacao, davana and nutmeg; bourbon vanilla, amber and vetiver. Rated 4.40/5 from about 6,800 votes.
What’s shared and what differs: only two listed notes overlap, so this is a mood match rather than a note match. Both are warm, spiced, vanilla-heavy winter scents, and Fragrantica voters list Khamrah among Asad Bourbon’s “also like” picks. The swap is cacao and a fruity davana where Khamrah has dates and praline, plus lavender and vetiver that make it drier and more aromatic. Our Asad Bourbon review goes through it in detail.
Best for: people who find Khamrah a touch too sugary and want a cocoa-vanilla alternative that is easier at a desk.
Notes (Fragrantica and lattafa.com agree): cinnamon, mandarin, cardamom and nutmeg; caramel, lavender, clary sage, geranium and cypress; amber, cedarwood, olibanum, vetiver and labdanum. Rated 4.26/5 from about 1,050 votes; launched 2025.
What’s shared and what differs: it opens on the same cinnamon and nutmeg pairing as Khamrah, and caramel gives it a sweet heart. After that it heads somewhere more aromatic and woody, with lavender, sage, cedar and incense-like olibanum instead of a vanilla-praline base. Think of it as Khamrah’s opening spice with a drier, more classically masculine finish. Our Qaed Al Fursan Untamed guide covers how to wear it.
Best for: anyone who wants Khamrah-style spice for under £12, and likes their sweetness kept in check.
What about Angham, Eclaire and the Khamrah flankers?
Two obvious Lattafa gourmands are missing from the six on purpose. Angham (£21.99) and Eclaire (£20.99) both share Khamrah’s praline and vanilla, but neither lists cinnamon, nutmeg or dates, so they lose the spice that defines Khamrah. Angham leans lavender and cocoa; Eclaire leans caramel and milk. If you want to weigh them directly against Khamrah, our Angham vs Khamrah vs Atheeri vs Eclaire comparison does exactly that. And for Qahwa, Dukhan and Waha, see the Khamrah line guide.
Which Khamrah alternative should you buy?
Choose Liquid Brun if you want the closest overall shape to Khamrah: cinnamon over praline and vanilla.
Choose Teriaq Intense if the boozy, dark-fruit side of Khamrah is your favourite part and you want it richer.
Choose Mashrabya if you love the dates and are happy to add tobacco and smoke.
Choose Honor & Glory if you want the cinnamon-vanilla warmth with bright pineapple instead of dark fruit.
Choose Asad Bourbon if Khamrah feels too sugary and you would rather have cocoa and bourbon vanilla.
Choose QAF Untamed if you mainly want the cinnamon-nutmeg spice, for the lowest price.
Skip all six if sweet, spiced fragrances have never worked on you. Every bottle here is a cold-weather gourmand or close to it, and none will change your mind.
A simple way to build around Khamrah is to pick one alternative that leans in a different direction: Liquid Brun if you want more of the same, Mashrabya or Teriaq Intense if you want darker, Honor & Glory if you want brighter. Whatever you choose, it is worth testing it against your own bottle of Khamrah on separate wrists. Our Khamrah layering guide also shows which of these sit well underneath it.
