Lattafa Angham — The £21.99 Burberry Goddess Dupe
Mandarin · Ginger · Pink Pepper · Lavender · Cocoa · Jasmine · Praliné · Vanilla · Musk · Amber — 100ml Eau de Parfum, 100% authentic, dispatched from the UK.
Burberry Goddess is the fragrance half the country is currently wearing. Lavender over vanilla, warm and edible, and around £80 for 50ml at UK retailers. That price is the reason you’re on this page.
Angham Lattafa released in 2024 and became one of the brand’s most talked-about “smells-like-a-designer” launches almost immediately. Angham (انغام) means “melodies” in Arabic — a fair name for something this cosy.
Lattafa Angham is built on the same lavender-and-vanilla accord as the Burberry, then adds praline and cocoa on top of it. It is not a note-for-note tracing. It is sweeter, richer and more grounded than the original.
Whether that’s an improvement or a compromise depends on you, and we’ll set out both sides below. If you love the Goddess idea but want more gourmand comfort in it, Angham Lattafa Perfumes’ 2024 release does exactly that for a quarter of the money.

The Lattafa Angham Perfume Notes, Layer by Layer
Top — Mandarin, Ginger, Pink Pepper. Imagine warm vanilla custard with a lavender swirl, and this is the spoon going in. Mandarin gives a soft citrus lift, ginger and pink pepper add a gentle spiced edge. It is a quiet opening by design — nothing here is trying to announce itself, and within half an hour it has handed over to the heart.
Heart — Lavender, Cocoa, Jasmine, Praliné. The magic, and the reason this fragrance sold. Lavender meets cocoa, jasmine and praliné for a rich, edible warmth that is sweet without being childish. The lavender is what keeps it upright: it stops the cocoa and praline turning into a dessert trolley and gives the whole thing a grown-up, slightly aromatic spine.
Base — Vanilla, Musk, Amber. Snuggly and dessert-like. Vanilla carries it, musk softens the edges, amber warms the finish. This is where Angham settles for most of the day: close to the skin, comforting, the sort of thing people notice when they hug you rather than when you walk past.
Performance, Measured
Reviewer-reported figures at two to three sprays. It lasts notably longer on clothing than on skin, and several wearers say projection improves once the bottle has had time to macerate. Here’s what maceration does and why Lattafa bottles need it →

| Sweetness | Sweeter — praline and cocoa added on top | Cleaner, less dessert-like |

✕ Not a tracing — Angham is sweeter
Twice the liquid, a quarter of the price. Buy the Burberry if you want the exact original; buy this if you want the idea.
Be honest with yourself about the sweetness before you order. If Goddess already sits at your sweetness limit, Angham will cross it. If you have ever thought “I like this but I wish it were cosier”, this is your bottle. That’s the whole decision. We’d rather tell you now than process a return later — and if gourmands are your thing generally, our full Lattafa dupes guide maps the rest of the range.

The Lattafa Angham Bottle
The Lattafa Angham perfume bottle is a good deal more expensive-looking than £21.99 suggests — heavy glass, a warm cream-and-gold treatment that matches what’s inside it, and a weight in the hand that reads designer rather than budget. The Lattafa Angham Eau de Parfum bottle holds a full 100ml, which is the real story here: the Burberry it’s compared to is a 50ml at four times the money.
Lattafa Angham packaging is the standard Lattafa presentation — a printed outer carton carrying the official holographic authentication seal, which is what you should check first when it lands. The 100ml atomiser is even and fine-misted, and two or three sprays is genuinely all it wants.
What Lattafa Angham Reviews Say
The consensus across Angham Lattafa reviews is warm and fairly consistent. Wearers report around seven to ten hours on skin, a close, comforting scent bubble rather than a room-filling trail, and considerably longer life on clothing. The praise clusters around three things: the lavender-vanilla accord, the fact that it reads grown-up rather than childish, and the price.
Two caveats show up repeatedly, and both are worth knowing before you buy. First, several reviewers note that projection improves once the bottle has had a little time to macerate — a fresh bottle can feel quieter than it should. Second, it is a genuine gourmand: people who don’t get on with sweetness don’t get on with this, and no amount of lavender fixes that. Anyone weighing up a Lattafa Angham review against the Burberry should read it in that light — the two are close in concept, and Angham is the sweeter of the pair.

Good to Know Before You Buy
- It’s a cold-weather fragrance. Autumn and winter, evenings, cosy date nights, everyday comfort wear. Hot summer days push the sweetness — go lighter, or save it for September.
- It is a gourmand, but not a sugar bomb. The lavender keeps it elegant. If sweet fragrances have never worked on you, this won’t be the exception.
- Marketed feminine, wears unisex. The lavender makes it genuinely easy for men to wear, and plenty do.
- Two or three sprays is the sweet spot. This is not a fragrance that rewards over-application — the vanilla is noticeable up close, so skip it entirely for fragrance-free formal settings.
- Give a fresh bottle a few weeks. Projection is commonly reported to improve after a short rest in a cool, dark cupboard.
- Also listed as “Lattafa Perfume Angham”, “Lattafa Perfumes Angham”, “Angham | Eau de Parfum 100ml | by Lattafa” and “Angham by Lattafa for Unisex – 3.4 oz EDP Spray” — same fragrance, you’re on the right page.
