Lattafa Ra’ed Intensely Fragrance Notes
A sparkling citrus burst. Grapefruit gives it the bitter, slightly tart edge that stops it turning into lemonade, and yuzu keeps it green and zesty rather than sweet.
An airy, faintly spiced middle. Black pepper adds a dry crackle, the white flowers stay soft and translucent, and ambergris brings a salty, sea-air quality.
Clean and modern. Ambroxan does the mineral-woody heavy lifting, musk keeps it soft and skin-like, and sandalwood adds a creamy edge underneath.
What Does Lattafa Ra’ed Intensely Smell Like?
Fresh laundry meets a cut grapefruit. The opening is the loudest part — bergamot, grapefruit and yuzu together, tart and energising, and for about twenty minutes it genuinely sparkles. It smells expensive in that clean, unfussy way modern fresh fragrances aim for.
The citrus fades faster than you would like and the middle takes over: soft white flowers with a dry pepper edge and a salty ambergris hum. From roughly the two-hour mark it settles into the ambroxan-and-musk base, which is where Lattafa Raed Intensely spends most of its life — clean, mineral, slightly woody, sitting close to the skin. - Longevity: moderate — around 5–7 hours, with the ambroxan and musk base lingering as a faint skin scent afterwards. Much longer on clothing.
- Projection: good for the first hour, then polite. Considerate rather than attention-seeking.

The opening is excellent — a real, tart grapefruit rather than the flat synthetic citrus most fragrances at this price settle for. It is also one of the most genuinely unisex scents Lattafa makes, and it is impossible to wear badly. If you want one bottle that offends nobody at work, this does that job well.
It is not intense, and it is not distinctive. The name promises something the fragrance does not deliver — the sparkle is gone within the hour and what remains is a competent but familiar ambroxan-musk that smells like a dozen other clean fragrances. Five to seven hours is also modest if you are used to Lattafa’s heavy hitters.
Verdict: a clean, reliable warm-weather workhorse with a very good first twenty minutes. Buy it as an everyday office and summer fragrance — not as the intense signature the name suggests.
