What Is Lattafa Yara Tous a Dupe Of?
Lattafa does not name an original. The comparison wearers make is with Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa ’87, the coconut mist that used to be called Rio Radiance. A few Fragrantica reviewers say Yara Tous comes close to it, and one prefers the Lattafa’s dry-down. Be clear about the gap, though: Cheirosa ’87 has no fruit, while Yara Tous opens on a lot of mango. Call it a sunny cousin, not a copy.

Yara Tous is the yellow bottle in the Yara family (some shoppers describe it as orange), launched by Lattafa in 2023. Where the original pink Yara is soft and powdery, Tous goes somewhere sunnier: ripe mango and coconut first, white flowers in the middle, then a soft vanilla-musk finish. It sits at 3.79/5 from more than 4,200 votes on Fragrantica, where its leading accords are tropical, sweet and white floral.
Which bottle is this? This is Lattafa Yara Tous Eau de Parfum, 100ml, in the yellow bottle. The pink bottle is the original Yara, and the white bottle is Yara Moi. They are different fragrances, so check the name on the box.

What Does Lattafa Yara Tous Smell Like?
Think of a bowl of cut mango on a hot afternoon, a splash of coconut milk, and a sprig of white flowers on the table. That is the first half hour.
Top — Mango, Coconut, Passionfruit. The opening is loud and fruity. Plenty of reviewers say it is mango above everything else; a smaller group barely notices the fruit and gets coconut and flowers. A fresh bottle can smell a little sharp or synthetic in the first minutes.
Heart — Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Heliotrope. The fruit calms down and the white flowers take over, softened by heliotrope’s almond powder. It is still sweet, but more perfume and less smoothie.
Base — Vanilla, Musk, Cashmeran. A soft, warm finish. Cashmeran gives it a slightly fuzzy, woody skin feel, and the vanilla keeps it sweet without turning into dessert.

How Close Is Yara Tous to Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa ’87?
Closer in mood than in notes. Sol de Janeiro now sells the former Rio Radiance mist as Cheirosa ’87: coconut milk and warm sand, solar tuberose and ylang-ylang, creamy vanilla and amber. Yara Tous shares the coconut, the vanilla and a white-floral heart, so the sunny, beachy feel overlaps. What it adds is fruit, and a lot of it.
On Fragrantica, the comparison comes from a handful of reviewers rather than a consensus. One says Yara Tous “comes very close” to the Cheirosa ’87 they like and prefers the Lattafa’s dry-down; another says it reminds them of Cheirosa ’87, but only once the bottle was well blended. Cheirosa ’87 does not appear in Yara Tous’s “people who like this also like” list on Fragrantica, which is mostly fruity florals and other Lattafas. If you want the coconut-and-flowers mist exactly, buy the Sol de Janeiro. If you want that holiday mood as a full Eau de Parfum and like mango, this is the cheaper way in.
