This is a big, confident, sunlit white-floral bouquet — tuberose bringing creamy richness, orange blossom bringing luminosity, jasmine bringing the glow. One wearer described Afeef as smelling like a peach orchard where the blossom on the trees is still perfuming the air, and that is exactly right. Billie Eilish No. 1 is built on red berries, mandarin, cocoa, vanilla and tonka. Afeef contains none of those. Not one. That comparison is fiction.
Xerjoff Erba Pura is built on Sicilian orange, lemon and bergamot over an unspecified fruit heart, landing on white musk, vanilla and amber. It shares exactly two notes with Afeef — bergamot and amber — and it has no white florals whatsoever. No tuberose. No orange blossom. No jasmine. Meanwhile Afeef has no citrus trio and no vanilla. They are not the same fragrance.
But here’s the honest bit, because there’s something real underneath the Erba Pura comparison. What people are recognising isn’t the formula — it’s the mood. Erba Pura’s signature is a golden, sparkling, fruity-amber radiance, and Afeef absolutely has that quality. One wearer called Afeef a golden, peachy, sparkling amber with almost a champagne effect, which is a lovely description of the Erba Pura feeling. Same aura, completely different construction.
