Every order from Royal Scents ships free on a tracked service to any UK address. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of it being placed. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for more than three working days, please get in touch through our contact page and we will chase it for you.
If your order does not arrive
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before reporting a UK parcel as lost — occasionally a carrier marks an item as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives, or leaves it with a neighbour or in a safe place. After 10 working days, contact us and we will either resend your order or refund it in full.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address supplied at checkout. Please check it carefully before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — if the parcel has not yet been dispatched we can usually correct it. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect a parcel, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
Packaging
Fragrances are shipped sealed in their original manufacturer packaging, with the authentication label intact, inside protective outer packaging. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.
International delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
